What started out as an extracurricular itch and love for art and design at a young age, landed me in art school and actually pursuing my dream. I have always known I wanted to create, that I wanted a job that would provide me excitement every single day. I wanted to go to work every day thinking “I can’t believe I’m getting paid to do this!” I feel like graphic design offers this to me by allowing me to work both with digital media and physical media. Design doesn’t only have to involve type and computer generated image, it can involve painting, drawing, collage, and anything else you can think of! This variety is what I like, because it gives me endless freedom and inspiration.
